Challenge

Outrigger was on a digital experience platform comprised of a mixed set of technology products (Sitecore, Tealium) that did not support their growth goals, it was difficult to maintain and was unscalable for the type of guest experience Outrigger needed to provide.


Solution

Perform a customer experience focused digital transformation, redesigning Outrigger’s entire booking experience, replatforming them onto Optimizely’s Orchestrate & Experimentation products, and installing an experiment-based marketing program.
