The new creative direction from the vision guides for the in-vehicle programs from the user experience team was picking up momentum. At the same time a new talented customer experience team was also undergoing transformation and changing how they do things for the better. The two teams started to build their relationship to improve the overall customer experience from both the in-vehicle and app and web perspectives.
The new mobile application redesign was a collaborative effort of the creative direction in-vehicle team paired with the customer experience team.
At the time the existing remote command application was due for a refresh.
