- Partnered with IQ Labs and built a next-gen HMI validation tool, "InterfaceIQ" powered by AI. A practical tool rooted in deep system thinking that helps companies expedite and integrate interface testing with brand standards, interface guidelines and safety regulations among others. Imagine catching discrepancies, mistakes, inconsistencies, regulatory issues or mistakes that could halt a plant, faster, sooner and before they happen.


As Vice President of Product Design @ Rightpoint

- Directed a globally distributed design team of 40+ across visual design, UX, motion, and prototyping, delivering scalable systems and unified experiences for web, consumer apps, health, tech, and mobility platforms.

- Rebuilt and scaled a globally distributed design organization, overseeing product design, UX strategy, and visual systems across multiple verticals.

– Drove the cultural transformation of the design org, shifting to a remote-first model while preserving collaboration and quality. Instilled a culture of rapid design iteration and experimentation, using AI-powered tools and lean testing to validate concepts early. As Global Creative Director of In-Vehicle UX @ General Motors

- Led global UX strategy and experience design across five global brands including Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, GMC, and Hummer.

- Scaled the team from 35 to over 150+ designers in three years, helping GM transition into an award-winning, design-led organization. Oversaw $10M in external contracts, resourcing, and project planning for UX and creative teams, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality execution. Oversaw UX updates and feature rollouts throughout product lifecycles.

- Directed the creation of branded, future-forward UX systems for in-vehicle and companion mobile platforms. Pioneered design efforts incorporating voice and gesture interaction models to support hands-free, immersive user experiences in next-gen interfaces. Drove 2D, 3D and motion strategies across five global brands, overseeing the production of thousands of assets.

- Collaborated across Design, UX, Engineering, Software and Marketing to achieve industry-leading results in In-Vehicle UX, aligning stakeholders while balancing creative vision with engineering feasibility and business goals.


As Global Creative Design Tech Fellow of In-Vehicle UX @ General Motors

- Developed a multi-phased branding process that aligned stakeholders to a unified UX vision. Led and mentored 20-30 creatives, driving brand-focused strategies for both short-term initiatives and long-term execution.

- Standardized real-time 3D practices within the UX studio, integrating Unreal Engine for iterative design and final implementation. Led the sourcing and development of creative pipelines, ensuring alignment with cutting-edge design technology.

- Championed In-Vehicle UX as a public-facing product marketing necessity, transforming it into a key brand storytelling element.
